- Imke Rust 2021
Artist Imke Rust from Namibia/Germany was named the 2021 World Heritage Fellow. A couple of months later, she came to the Erik Anders World Heritage Farm in Asta to spend a month investigating whether Sweden's latest World Heritage site; Hälsinge Farms in Sweden and Namibia's first World Heritage site Twyfelfontein have anything in common.

It was a journey through time and space that ultimately landed in an installation where the two World Heritage sites were clearly woven together in a beautiful, mysterious and almost dreamlike setting.
Applications came from Indonesia, Italy, Germany, Egypt, Spain, India, France, Portugal, Namibia, USA, Syria, Algeria, Czech Republic, Ethiopia, Bangladesh, Canada, Colombia, Austria, Finland, Great Britain, Denmark, Singapore, Mexico, Iceland, Hungary, Serbia, Cyprus, Nepal, Zambia, Greece, Poland, Iran, Japan and Sweden.
Imke Rust's idea of connecting two different world heritage sites is the very motto of the world heritage scholarship. A basic idea that is supported by UNESCO, which will continue to support the scholarship in various contexts.
